It all started for me at The Athens Little Theatre (HCPAC) in Athens, Texas. At five, I was a Munchkin in The Wizard of Oz. After growing up in small-town community theatre, I went on to earn my BFA in Musical Theatre from Sam Houston State University. While in school I began working professionally in Houston, where I earned my membership into the Actor's Equity Association, the professional stage actor's union.
